Please check your ego at the door, It won’t survive anyway. It is not about how much you can lift, frankly we really don’t care, what we do care about is how well you can lift it.
Please introduce yourself to everyone, as they may need to revive your unconscious body later & “hey dude, wake up” is so impersonal.
Please get your weights or put them away and clean it up as you put it away.
Please execute full & proper range of motion on all movements. Cheating reps will not be tolerated.
Please do not be rude or crude—repeat, leave your ego at home. Listen to your coach.
Please leave the coaching to the coaches, though we do appreciate your enthusiasm and helpful attitude.
Please keep hands & feet off the walls; if it isn’t concrete or made of rubber, we strongly encourage you not to touch it.
Please use chalk sparingly… and keep it in its rightful place.
Please clean your equipment after every use–yes this does require repeating.
Don’t quit. The human body is capable of more than you can possibly comprehend; challenge it accordingly.
